In case of failed delivery, we resend the package. If there is any error in the provided information, whether it's an omission or a mistake caused by the sender, a new shipping fee will be applied.


If you detect that your package is damaged during transit please contact us immediately by emailing with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages since we are not the shipping company. However,  we will do our best to help you in such cases.


Luxy KB guarantees that all orders are shipped out within 5-14 business days. 

Please note that our products have different processing times displayed on the product page. This timeframe may be slightly different due to sales, holiday seasons or others.

Orders received after Friday at 2 pm CST will be processed on the next business day. (We generally still will send out products the same day unless your order is placed too late or during sales high volumes)


If your order contains a same day shipping product and a product that requires 5-14 business day processing time, your order will be shipped together within 5-14 business days.

For digital, branding and packaging products, please refer to the specific processing time in the product’s description.

Tracking numbers will be updated to you within 2 business days AFTER you receive the ship out notice email.

If your order has a processing time, please calculate the processing time PLUS the shipping time to estimate your delivery.



Luxy KB are not responsible for delayed shipments due to uncontrollable reasons such as holidays, natural disasters, etc.


Fraudulent activities and false chargeback claims against will be executed to the fullest extent of laws through small claims court.
